Installation View at Jeune Creation 2009 in Paris. The reconstructed model is shown in front of  photographic wallpaper, covering an entire wall. It is the key image of the  entire installation, what Avery termed the Secret Service's "Choreographed Accident." In terms of how the rest of the installation was organized, the prints were shown in an clean adjacent space specifically designed to scale only for the iamges. Avery's short film plays within the model along with Komeda's  soundtrack, however, it was also projected in a dark space in the room that followed the photographic prints, without sound changing to pacing to one that is much more subjective, where the viewer begins to put all the information together to create a film that only exists in the imagination of the viewer.
